We think it might have been pointing to the bottom right corner of the certificate which is where the time stamp was. If you laid the wheel from the Edison sq. photo onto the certificate it would have been pointing at it. We searched the wheel on the Mark Twain and didn’t see anything and looked out the window at the ground where it would have been pointing, didn’t see anything. So that is what we concluded.

Christina thanks for the thorough update. One thing I did not catch while reading your post. For those who went to ride the wheelhouse on the Mark Twain, was there any link to the triangle shown on the wheel in Wallace’s Edison Square print? Am I even making sense? Let me ask another way. On the Wallace print of Edison Square there is one handle on the ships wheel that is identified by a triangle. Did anyone see anything on the actual corresponding handle of the ships wheel on the Mark Twain?

I was thinking the Amelia Earhart reference is telling people to be at the location that the Earhart intitials & plane on the compass points too. South, Main Street, Disneyland RailRoad IIRC.

Did anyone check out Tarzan’s Tresshouse? I know some mentioned a phonograph possibly at the treehouse in the live stream. The bottom map names one of the features as American home Pre-electricity. Could this be the treehouse?

I was thinking that about August 1, too…. That is an awesome article that you found, but I think it was published on August 1, not saying that the invention occurred on August 1. The only semi-related thing I could find for August 1 was the founding of the Atomic Energy Commission in 1946, but that seems a little too tangential. I even looked at the day in Disney history – http://thisdayindisneyhistory.homestead.com/Aug01.html – and nothing jumped out at me as relevant.

i’m sure this is a coincidence but i think it was interesting. i was reading the description of the Disney Vacation Club pavilion on the app. At the end of the description, they use the words “your ‘Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow’ awaits.”

I did take flash photos at the Small World Mall last night where all of the circle, diamond, circles are, but nothing showed up. Did not see anything in the Netherlands area, either.
